I have a DWI case where the defendant was supposed to plea but at the last minute he fired his local lawyer went to fort worth and hired a new lawyer. Now they want a jury trial and the defense is going to use some Tarrant County Sheriff Deputy as an expert. His name is CHRIS WILLIAMSON. They claim that the Tarrant County DAs use him all the time as an expert in their DWI cases.

What is this guy going to be an expert to? ANyone in Tarrant County know about this guy?

I find that hard to believe as I don't recognize the name. I will ask around

He used to work for the Tarrant County Constable's Office. I am not sure how long he has been with the S.O., but I am not aware of him being any kind of DWI expert.
