I have a trial next week that involves Harassing Communication--mainly pled as repeated phone rings, but pled to include threats and profanity. Anyway, I was hoping someone may have a voir dire for this. the biggest thing I need is some guidance on (1) explaining the law (i.e., how do I explain the difference between an upset drunk dial angry ex-boyfriend-I-miss you message VS that he did it with the INTENT to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, etc)...

Any other general suggestions would be great!
