Why would you need software? We use one page (legal size, front and back) with a few blanks. It mirrors the form in The Perfect Plea.

The danger of using software is that you fail to personalize the information that is key to making the plea perfect: the range of punishment and the specific agreement.

If you need more than one piece of paper, then it is too long.
