I have been asked to draft all-inclusive language which (when made part of the probation order) would prevent a convicted animal abuser from owning, living with, etc. any animal during the probationary period. The idea is to close all loopholes.

Do you have any language you are willing to share?

You might start with the sex offender conditions regarding contact with children (or other victim), since those have been used for some time, usually successfully.
