Investigator came to me with an "ISP Host" and an "IP Address" - wants me to find the bad guy. Any help out there with good resources?

The brand new edition of the Investigator's Desk Reference has a section on ISPs -- along w/ subpoena & court order information. The only thing is, it aint coming out 'til about February. So you can a)stall -- kind of like the other side does with their delaying tactics -- or b)do it like all of us on the right side do and see if the folks at TDCAA will provide you with a sneak preview of that section.
