Do the clock and the calendar count as apps?

Getting to court on the right date and on time is a pretty big deal, so, yeah, clock and calendar count as apps.

It's pretty common now for lawyers to stand at the bench, staring at their iPhone and entering the next court date and time rather than writing on a folder or in a date book. And the alarm function, reminding you ahead of the appointment to get there is priceless.

We take these things for granted but not so long ago we counted on a secretary to tell us such things.
