My commissioners saw an article in County Progress concerning huge bonds and some other actions counties are taking to recoup damages to roads from energy generating equipment (oil, wind, & shale companies).
I would really appreciate information on how you are doing this--my commissioners need it, and so far oil companies aren't buying "it's the right thing to do".
