One of the constables has requested a release form for people who are either interns/students or civilians who want to go on ride-alongs with the sheriff's office/constable.

Has anyone ever done something like this? If anyone has a form, I would appreciate it. I am working one up, but I want to make sure that I haven't missed any issues.
