Arron SwinkAdmitting Mugshots of Respondent in CPS Termination Trial
Have a respondent father with a multitude of arrests and accompanying mugshots we would like admitted into evidence. We will call him to the stand. Is it enough to ask him if that is him in all the photos and whether they are accurate depictions of himself? I'm also wondering about defense objecting to the prejudicial effect outweighing the probative value? Any thoughts as to how to go about this (if possible) are appreciated!
