I have an FOI request for an autopsy on an ongoing case. While I wouldn't mind sharing it with the press, I think it would be counterproductive to getting a jury and might violate ethics rules. Consequently, I am trying to get information and/or a form for the denial of an open records request due to an ongoing investigation / open case. The response will need to be sent to the AG along with the request and the information. I also need to make sure there hasn't been any changes to the law and I am going to cheat and use y'all....
