Is anyone familiar with enforcement of county subdivision regulations via injunctive relief and damages under Loc. Gov. Code 232.005? We've got a guy with criminal charges for illegal subdivisions but wondering whether we would have more luck going the civil route to get this guy to clean up his mess. If anyone has examples of pleadings, I would appreciate it. Thanks~
