If you use Tyler Technology's tax assesment program please be informed that Kerr cOunty just discovered 483 properties that were not billed for their taxes and in addition showed "paid" in the computer. Our errors were disclosed by honest property owners who insisted on paying their taxes despite their account showing "paid in full".
