Question:
We have a custody case coming up where the father in order to have 50/50 custody has to prove residency. According to mediated orders he has to live in the county 51% of the time. He works in another county and resides there part of the time. Has anyone ever had a case like this? How can he prove he is there 51% of the time?

I am guessing that the court order that imposes the obligation also sets out exactly how it is to be determined, and if you are lucky, how that is to be proven, to whom, and when ['which residency/domicile shall be proven by filing the following documents (name the documents) with the Court Clerk by ____ (date/time)']. If not, perhaps it needs to be amended to set that out explicitly.
