The cliche teaches that imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. So prepare to be flattered. Those of you who have had the distinct pleasure of litigating a removal suit (that is, a suit to remove an elected official from office; not kicking an unwitting plaintiff into federal court), I would like to get a gander at the form of jury charge you used. Please contact me on this thread, by phone at 806/379-2269 or by e-mail to scottbrumley@co.potter.tx.us. Your input is greatly appreciated, and it just may help out some of our fellow citizens while flattering you in the process. Wink
