We just received notice of a Temporary Protection Order. These are bogus allegations by a bitter aunt. What documentation and steps need to be taken to get an immediate hearing with the judge, so he can listen to our side? We live and own the home that she put down as the address on the TPO. So legally we have to leave our own home. She does not live with us and has her own home in a different city. She is very vindictive. Thanks.
