Our County Clerk's office is having difficulty determining where Occ. Lic. petitions should be filed. For a defendant charged with a felony DWI and not yet convicted can the petition still be filed in the county court? Also, what type of fee does the Justice of the Peace charge for filing Occ. Lic.?

You aren't the only person curious about that last point. Even the bill's author doesn't know.
