Does anyone have contracts for commissioners court use that you wouldn't mind sharing? I really would like to get away from reviewing and modifying every provider's individual contract, and rely solely on an approved form or at least approved conditions. Any help would be appreciated.

Is there any particular type of contract that you are looking for? We've done some custom contracts for smaller purchases, however when it comes to the purchase of large equipment, we generally are happy making small modifications to the vendor's contract.

On other items, there are several standard clauses that we put in that I stole from the TDCAA paper on Contracts that is available for download in this forum. Most of them deal with indemnity, escape clauses for non-funding by the commissioner's court and the like.
