Case of Failuret to Stop and Render Assistance. CCP 59.01(3) includes FSRA from the transportation code as a crime of violence. Is forfeiture limited only to proceeds of crimes of violence, or acquired from crimes of violence? 59.01(C)(D) That's the only place I see it, unless I missed it elsewhere in the statute? Any ideas or help?

That's how I read it...and, no, it does not make any sense. You may, however, be able to forfeit the vehicle as the criminal instrument used in the commission of a felony under Section 22.02 of the Texas Penal Code, Aggravated Assault, a second degree felony.
