Has anyone encountered her as an expert?
My case involves an aggressive neighbor who called the police on one of his neighbors for a loud party. When the police did not resolve it to his satisfaction, he walked down there armed with a handgun (he has a CHL), video camera and a flashlight. After a confrontation, he ended up shooting 3 people, killing 1. He is claiming self defense. Thanks for any suggestions!
