I've tried contacting folks directly, but am hitting dead ends and getting up against a time crunch, so I thought I would make a general appeal. Does anyone have good suggestions for a State's intox expert? I'm looking for a little more than our local LE or Intoxilyzer supervisor, and need someone who would be state-oriented (or at least not defense-oriented) that has testified enough and on both sides to have good credibility. I'm mainly looking for testimony on reaction-time and general effects of alcohol. Case is an FSRA/Intox Manslaughter. Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.
