Has anyone had a trial where defense called Dr. Stephen A. Thorne? He has been designated as an expert in a Super Agg Sex Assault Child case I am getting ready on. What has been indicated is that the expert will be called based on how FI testifies. At a hearing he went a lot into child development, vocabulary, and differentiation of children who were abused vs. not abused. I've found a lot on him as far as his testimony in commitment hearings and sex offender evaluations. Nothing found so far about him testifying in regards to children or forensic interviews of children. Any information is helpful!
