Anyone have any knowledge or dealings with Ray McMains? He was a DPS technical supervisor and now works/runs F.I.S.S. (Forensic Information Solution Services: http://forensicinformationsolutionservices.com/). He was noticed as defense expert in upcoming breath case.

Mr. McMains just testified in our court this week. He will testify that he has access (since he created it) the Black Mamba database (sounds silly) but it is the DPS database that records all the test and inspection records from the Technical Supervisors. He basically testifies that that the TS didn't follow SOG's that were implemented in 2010. We will have his transcript soon and will make it available.

I have this same expert Ray McMains. Do you have any information on him?
