In an upcoming trial, the defendant is going to use Samuel J. Risner, Jr. from Amarillo as an expert in the field of video tape enhancement. Has anyone had any experience with him and is there anything we should know about him before trial?

There is a fella named Sammy Reisner here in Wichita Falls who runs a multi-media marketing company. He has done work for our office numerous times including audio and video enhancements. (Including this past week) He's very good.
