Has anyone dealt with a Dr. Tom Tiefenwerth? He's a sex offender treatment provider. Defense is calling him to testify that Defendant's mental deficiencies caused him to sexually abuse his daughter.

Does anyone know of a good expert witness that I could use to counter that?

He's also going to testify that Defendant lacks the IQ to waive Miranda. (I'm not too worried because he has multiple contacts with the system and his taped confession shows it was non-custodial. He actually left the room for awhile.)
