Dr. Carter is testifying for the defense and I have not been able to find to much about him. He has two awards from the CAC in Austin, so they must like him, but I believe that he will be testifying that my child victim should be able to remember different things (the original notice was to an attorney no longer with our office and is not very clear - I am relying on the comments from opening statement).

Any info on Dr. Carter would be appreciated.
