Anyone ever heard of Tomas L. Swearingen? Better yet, does anyone have any transcripts of his prior testimony as an expert witness? I believe he is a retired peace officer who has prior employment with Eden PD, McCullouch Co. SO, Williamson Co. Constables ofc, Elgin PD, Bartlett PD, Bastrop Co. Constables ofc, Manor PD & Lago Vista PD. Any info wd be greatly appreciated for a DWI 2d trial on 1/5/09.
