Kay SparksAnyone know Dr. John Thomas Castle
We have an involuntary manslaughter trial next week where the defense is questioning blood draw for BCA protocols. They are calling John Thomas Castle of San Angelo as their expert in this area. Anyone have any experience with this person? His CV includes a degree from Columbia Pacific University which I understand was shut down by court order in 1999 for handing out "bad" degrees.
