What Crime if any
former elected official maintain an email domain that identifies himself as the office holder to wit: email@example.com
Is this a crime?
33.07? (I don't have any evidence at this time he wants to harm or defraud. Just hold on to his old title)
Is this a different crime.

I wouldn't consider it a crime. I see lots of people doing this. Lots of former elected officials are also still called by their former titles. I don't think they're trying to actually take the name or persona of anyone else by doing so.
