Does anyone use a computer software to track restitution (preferably Juvenile Restitution) that can also handle the "joint and several" aspect of court ordered restitution? We are looking for a way to indicate when a victim is paid in full on all co-actors that are paying restitution to the same victim to avoid overpayment without manually keeping track of the payments each juvenile has made.

You might have better luck checking with TJPC. They "supervise" every juvi probation department in the State and might be able to point you to a county that is using one (if there are any).
