Does anyone have a form for an order for enforcement of child support, restitution, and supervision fees where the parent's jail sentence is probated? Who are you having supervise the parent once they have been found in contempt? (adult probation or juvenile services) Just curious how your counties are handling the order of enforcements when the parent is in violation of the child support statute and chp. 61.... please email me at cmurray@wilco.org if you have the form.
