When filing a Petition for Waiver of Jurisdiction and Discretionary Transfer, do I still file a Petition for Delinquent Conduct or is the transfer petition sufficient until a finding from the court?
TFC 53.04 says "a petition for an adjudication OR transfer hearing of a child alleged to have engaged in delinquent conduct... may be made"
