My county has apparently never had a policy for reporting juveniles who are in the USA illegally to the Dept. of Homeland Security. I am interested to know if other counties have policies that are different than their policies for reporting adults. Do you report all illegal juveniles who come through the system? What about reporting only adjudicated juveniles? How about only violent or gang-related? Do you take into consideration the child's local care arrangements vs. care arrangements in the country of citizenship?

Some collective wisdom sure would be appreciated.
