One of our juvenile's testified at a detention hearing that her much older boyfriend (he is 27, she is 15) had sex on multiple occasions in our county. She also testified that she was held against her will when she was a runaway. I know that we cannot use detention hearings for any other purpose other than detention for our juvenile. However, can we use the testimony against the male offender?
