We filed a petition against a juvenile in March for aggravated sexual assault of a child under 6. The victim is the juvenile's half-sister. Juvenile is in detention on charges from another county. The probation office, in the course of trying to get the juvenile's/victim's parents in for intake purposes, has learned that they have moved. We don't know where they are.

Also, the juvenile's case in the other county involves a felony, so he may be sent to TYC, but I am not sure at this point.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do with my petition?
