IS THE 10 DAY WINDOW TO GET SUMMONS OUT FOR JUVENILE HEARING 10 CALENDER DAYS INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR 10 BUSINESS DAYS? ALSO, WHAT STATUTE DICTATES THIS INFORMATION, I WAS UNABLE TO FIND THIS RULE. THANKS

Section 53.07(a) of the Family Code requires the summons to be served at least two days prior to the hearing on the petition, and anyone but the child can waive service by simply showing up at the hearing (see Section 53.06(e)). Most of the 10-day provisions speak of working days, e.g., Sections 53.05; 54.01(h) and (q).
