Class C appeal from JP to statutory County Ct.

What court costs--JP or County Ct?

The court costs will be those of an original action in the County Court and not the lower costs of JP Court.

Art. 44.17 "...the trial shall be de novo in the trial in the county court, the same as if the prosecution had been originally commenced in that court."
