Andrea W"Appellant's trial was without prejudicial error. The State prays Appellant's conviction and sentence be affirmed."

david curlCONCLUSION
Appellant's trial was without prejudicial error.
PRAYER
The State prays that Appellant's conviction be affirmed.
We usually combine the conclusion and prayer under one common heading of (no surprises here) "Conclusion and Prayer."
A recent example: "The evidence at Appellant's trial was legally and factually sufficient to support the jury's verdict. The State prays that Appellant's conviction and sentence be affirmed."
