Just curious on how most of you start your Prayer section in your briefs. Any examples would be great.

We usually combine the conclusion and prayer under one common heading of (no surprises here) "Conclusion and Prayer."

A recent example: "The evidence at Appellant's trial was legally and factually sufficient to support the jury's verdict. The State prays that Appellant's conviction and sentence be affirmed."

I do a combo Conclusion and Prayer:

"WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the State prays that the judgment of the Trial Court be affirmed in all respects."
