Case Management Software
We're looking to graduate from a homemade Excel spreadsheet to using a relational database for our case management. So far, what we've looked at is more powerful than we need -- software designed for large offices with IT and database entry staff. Our office comprises an elected, an assistant (me) and four clerical staff.

Any recommendations as to case management software suitable for a small office would be greatly appreciated.

We are looking into a new software program too. I've found one that sounds promising. Two or three companies have joined together and offer programs for prosecution, law enforcement and clerks. It is affordable. Here is the contact name and number. Mr. Ethan Crawford 940-781-0266.

You might want to try Office Systems Center in Victoria at telephone number 361-575-6886. We have 3 attorneys and 5 secretaries. I know of at least 10 other small offices that use them as well. They also cost less than most of the others. They have a hot check program that is priced separately.

Call and come by my office for a demonstration if you like. I think Washington County uses them also.

Thanks for the tips. The Victoria company also was recommended to me off-line, so I've given it a call. For future purusers of this thread, if any, this is their website: http://www.oscenter.com/

Thanks again. Robert

We currently have the CLASS program and will be changing to something else very soon. Before you settle on CLASS I would advise that you keep looking. I'm sure you will find something out there better suited to your needs.
