HB 3819 (the companion legislation to SB 1243) will be heard in House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee on Monday.

This bill penalizes contact with adult victims who don't want contact with their abusers.

If you can't testify in person, could you please provide a letter in support? This is a good bill and we want to be able to give it a fighting chance. We'll also likely have a hearing in the Senate in the next week or two.
