Hello! I have a jury trial in a few weeks for Aggravated Sexual Assault - victim was unconscious or physically unable to resist or unaware that the sexual assault was occurring and during the course of the same criminal episode, defendant acted in concert with co-defendant, who also sexually assault victim.

Does anyone have a jury charge they could send my way? Thank you!
