JASReading Curtis too broadly?
I have just read Curtis issued by the CCA this week. Am I reading it too broadly if I state this puts an end to the line of case which hold that weaving is insufficient for r/s of DWI? Whadaya think?

JASCurtis does not help where p/o's rely on weaving alone for a traffic offense stop, but it does for those cases where weaving is an indication of DWI?
