I was wondering if anyone could send me a sample not guilty by reason of insanity judgment (with dangerous conduct findings). We are agreeing to a judgment of not guilty by reason of insanity later today and the court won't be preparing the judgment.

It has been many years since we have dealt with a NGRI. I'm not as familiar with the requirements of Art. 46C as I would like to be and I want to make sure this judgment gets done right the first time.
