ACA RFCounty Ct Deferred for Traffic Class C
How many days max is Deferred for a Traffic Ticket that was appealed to County Court?
Does CCP 42.12, Sec. 5(a) two years apply?
Or is it CCP 45.051(a)180 days?

S. HowardsOur understanding in our courts is that even for the appealed cases in County CT, 45.051 applies and up to 180 days is the max.
