motion to enforce a court order on geographical restriction children
I have a court order that places a geographical restriction on my children. my ex however ignored the order and moved my children out of state. when can i get an example or form to file a motion to enforce. I went back to the court where to judgement /order was done, they will not do anything unless i file a petition. They stated i could do this on my own. i have no idea on how or where to begin. Is there a web site that i can download the form (motion to enforce).

Counties often, maybe usually, have law libraries and the staff can be very helpful.
