ICHDeadly Weapon Question
How specific does a deadly weapon need to be pled. Example, A stabs B with something we don't know if it was a knife, screwdriver, piece of glass, the kithcen sink etc. Could you plea an "unknown object" as a deadly weapon in the indictment?
