The Texas A&M Transportation Institute is asking for your help.

We're collecting information from prosecutors to help determine the impact of No-Refusal initiatives on criminal cases. The information you provide will be kept anonymous and will help us in determining the role No-Refusals play in the DWI adjudication process.
