<Sean Johnson>Contempt Order
Does anyone have a contempt order that I can forward on to a prosecutor in need?

A. DiamondSean, contempt orders are very case-specific; anything generic is probably missing some vital elements you need. If you have a more specific request (is it a contempt for a violation of a family protective order, for example?) you stand a better shot at getting a useable response. Be very careful about anything approaching a fill-in-the blank approach to contempt orders as they are unlikely to withstand a serious challenge.
Just a thought,
A.D.

East Texas AttorneyIf anyone has such a form, they can help our office out also. We had a Defendant's wife get mouthy with a juror after the jury convicted her husband of sexual assault of a child (said something like "don't even look at me you stupid bitch"). This may make retaliation but the judge wanted our office to look into contempt.
