Can someone walk me through how to get CPS records on our victims? I want unredacted copies of all CPS records on my victim from any county in Texas that my victim has ever lived in. Who do I subpoena? How do I keep them from redacting? Is this gonna work for me?

Over the years it changes.
The last time I had to do this, I served my caseworker that I was currently working with on the case and I received those records.
