Hypo - traffic stop and driver/suspect has felony warrants. Suspect also matches description of a wanted BMVer and confesses to several acts of BMV while at the scene. Does the officer arrest on the felony warrant, take suspect to jail, book him in, then get warrants on the misdemeanors that suspect confessed to, or go ahead and book him in on all of the cases, though no arrest warrant exception applies for the misdemeanors. Getting the misdemeanor warrants seems silly and administrative, but my hunch is its also required.
